
The Need-to-Know Before You Go
COME RAIN AND/OR SHINE
The show will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather, we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages and in-venue screens.
GATE TIMES
Come hang with us typically 60-90 minutes prior to the show time, but check your specific event page for exact timings.
PARKING LOTS
Parking lots will generally open one (1) hour prior to the gates opening. If you plan to park at the venue, you will need to purchase one parking pass per vehicle. Parking options start at $20 per vehicle for General Parking when purchased online prior to the day of the show. General Parking is $25 per vehicle upon arrival at the venue on the day of the show, and we accept credit/debit or Apple/Google Pay only; no cash.
To upgrade your night, Rockstar, Ultra Premier or Premier Parking can be purchased.
Rockstar Parking – Our closest spots with EXIT PRIORITY at the end of the night, plus access to the venue through our Premium Entry Gate. Enter the parking lot through Gate 2 off Riverport Drive South.
Ultra Premier Parking – Easy, up-front parking that is close to the main gates. Enter our lot through Gate 6 via Riverport Drive South OR Gate 9 via Riverport Drive North. *Does NOT include exit priority*
Premier Parking – Park closer to the venue regardless of your arrival time. Enter our lot through Gate 6 via Riverport Drive South OR Gate 9 via Riverport Drive North. *Does NOT include exit priority*

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
DROP-OFF: Anyone needing to drop someone off (including Uber, Lyft and all other rideshare drivers) should enter the parking lot from Riverport Drive South (you will see the venue from this road) and follow signage to enter Parking Gate 5.
PICK-UP: For pick-up, please have your driver enter the parking lot at Gate 5 and meet you at the pick-up area. The drop off and pickup area are the same location and allows ample parking area for cars waiting to pick-up concert guests.
Drop Off and Pickup along Riverport Drive and HWY 141 is prohibited and is in violation of Maryland Heights City Ordinance.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY
Your phone is your ticket. Save time and download your tickets to your phone on the Live Nation app before you arrive. More info on mobile tickets here.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. Got cash? Convert your cash, dollar for dollar, with no charges, to a prepaid debit card at our Guest Services Center in the Front Plaza. Google/Apple Pay is also available at the box office and concession/merchandise stands.
BOX OFFICE
Our box office is open during the following hours:
Fridays – 10am to 5pm
Show Days – 10am until the headliner takes the stage
All transactions at the box office will be credit or debit card only; no cash will be accepted. There is a flat service fee of $8 per ticket for purchases at the box office. Taxes apply. All tickets can be purchased online here.
THE MERCH
Find artist merchandise available for all concerts at our Merch Shops located in the Front Entry Plaza, South (right) Plaza and North (left) Plaza. For Festival shows, there will be merchandise located throughout the facility and sold by various vendors.
YETI HYDRATION STATIONS
Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations, located near the Merch Shops in the North & South Plazas. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated.
RECYCLING
You’ll find recycling bins throughout the venue.
CAMPING AND TAILGATING
The venue does NOT allow camping, tailgating or overnight parking of any kind. The parking lots generally open one (1) hour prior to when ticket gates open. Consuming alcoholic beverages (tailgating) in the parking lots is not permitted by City of Maryland Heights ordinances.
