Hollywood Casino Amphitheater strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible for everyone. For additional questions, or information not mentioned below, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 314-291-9990. To make a specific accommodation request submit it here.

Ticketing:

Tickets for seats located in our accessible sections can be purchased online here. Our box office is not equipped to take ticket orders over the phone. The website or in-person during box office hours are the only methods for purchasing tickets. Box office hours are on Friday 10am-5pm and on show days from 10am until the headliner takes the stage.

When purchasing tickets online at Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, click "Filters" then "Show Accessible Tickets." If these tickets are sold out, please purchase a general admission lawn ticket and we will do our best to accommodate you on the day of the show. Once in the venue and at your seats request to meet with a guest services supervisor to be relocated.

Be advised that on the day of the show accessible seating is done on a first come, first served, basis. Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need plus one companion.

Parking:

To park in an accessible parking space, you will need a valid, state issued accessible placard or license plate and a venue parking pass. Parking passes can be purchased online via Ticketmaster in advance or on the day of show with a credit card when you arrive at the parking lot. Options start at $20 per vehicle for general parking if you buy online prior to the day of the show. Accessible spaces are limited and first come, first served. Our parking crew will work to accommodate you if all accessible spaces are full.

Arrival & Accessible Entrances:

All entrances to the amphitheater are accessible with no steps.

Medication Needs:

If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Over-the-counter medication must also be in its original packaging. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication.

Oversized Bag for Medical Needs:

Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities are allowed an oversized bag. Items must be declared and subjected to screening upon entry. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates. Security will put a medical tag on the bag. Only bags containing medically necessary supplies are not subject to our bag policy.

Accommodations:

All restrooms, concession stands and merchandise stands are accessible.

Welcome Center:

If you have questions or need assistance on the day of the show, there is a table staffed with guest service employees to help answer questions related to seating or other accommodation located at the Welcome Center in the front entry plaza.

Unexpected Needs:

If you have had an injury or illness that prevents you from using the seat you purchased, we will do our best to accommodate you on the day of the show. Once in the venue and at your seats request to meet with a guest services supervisor to be relocated.

Be advised that day of show accessible seating is done on a first come, first served, basis. Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Accessible seating permits for the guest with the accessible need plus one companion.

Lawn Seating:

Our lawn is uncovered and subject to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility. Our accessible lawn area includes a designated pathway and entrance that is designed to accommodate people that use wheelchairs or other mobility aids.

Sign Language Interpretation:

Hollywood Casino Amphitheater offers sign language interpretation free of charge, upon request only. Requests for interpreters should be made at least 3 weeks in advance. Please submit your request here.

Kulture City Sensory Bags:

Hollywood Casino Amphitheater strives to make our venue and live experiences inclusive and accessible. We are proud to partner with KultureCity as a sensory inclusive location.

Our sensory bags are designed to support various sensory needs in both adults and children. To check out a sensory bag, please visit the Welcome Center in the front entry plaza. Bags include noise-reducing headphones, strobe glasses, fidget tools and more. A photo ID is required to be held until the bag and its contents are returned at the end of the show.

Service Animals:

At Hollywood Casino Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals, are supported throughout their visit.

Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up on, or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.

Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained.

The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.

Please contact a member of the guest services team if your service animal needs access to a relief area.
